    When booking an appointment with Catherine Hart Beauty you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    A 50% deposit will be required on all treatments at time of booking.  48 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel, amend or reschedule your existing booking. Cancellations from 48 hours to 24 hours before appointment will be charged at 50% (the deposit).  All cancellations, amendments or rescheduling must be emailed to the salon using the contact form above or to info@catherinehartbeauty.co.uk. We can not accept phone or text messages and our automated text/email service does not acknowledge or accept replies. Cancellations less than 24 hours or failure to show for your appointment will require the full treatment cost to be paid before another appointment is made. Please note for Semi Permanent Brows 48 hours minimum is required for rescheduling or cancellation.

    It is the clients responsibility to make note of the date and time of their appointment, we may send reminder texts or email, the salon takes no responsibility in unsent texts/emails to clients.

    The client is solely responsible to inform the salon of any medical issues/history or contraindications that may affect a treatment, or any changes in these over time.

    For our clients safety and relaxation we do not permit children under 12 into the salon.

    Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult, under 18’s a written letter by a parent/guardian is required. There may be age restrictions on certain treatments, always check with the salon prior to booking if you are unsure.

    A patch test may be required for certain treatments, please note that reactions can and may still occur at treatment or over time and is of no fault of the salon.

    Late showing for appointments may result in treatment time being amended by Therapist and full cost will still be applied.

    The salon reserves the right to amend the price of treatments without prior notice to clients.

    Vouchers

    Gift vouchers are valid for six months only and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.

    Please bear in mind Appointments must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

    Vouchers are not accepted through the month of December.

    Vouchers are non transferable to another party, monetary value or for retail products

    Gift vouchers are valid only for the individual therapist purchased for and non transferable to other therapists within the salon.

    Salon charges for appointment terms and conditions also apply to vouchers.

    Vouchers must be presented before the start of your treatment.

    Catherine Hart Beauty accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen vouchers.

    Courses of Treatments cannot be refunded unless medically the treatment cannot be continued, a Doctors note will be required by the salon. In the instance of a Treatment course being cancelled the full price of treatments already taken will be subtracted from the remaining balance as well as payment transaction costs. Treatment courses will be valid for a length of time agreed at consultation. Missed, amended or rescheduled appointments within courses are subject to the above salon Terms and conditions.
